Finally a solution to keep the Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor from failing. The Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor on the 99-04 Mustangs tend to fail quite often when supplying a high demand of fuel when transitioning from high fuel flow to low fuel flow. The pressure spikes causing the Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor to failure. The disc prevents the premature failure of the Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor by reducing the pressure spike that hits the sensor. Finally a solution to keep you from being stranded on the side of the road. A must have for supercharged applications.

The Cooling Mod creates a direct flow path of coolant through the driver's side head. The passenger side head already has this direct path on the stock motor. Instead of the coolant having to work its way forward to exit the driver's side head, after installing the cooling mod kit, it flows through our new fitting and out the back of the head.
Note-A $25 Core charge has been applied to the price of the cooling mod. When installing kit please send stock passenger fitting directly back to the address supplied for a core refund.
We are proud to offer a complete kit to make installation a breeze. Included in this kit are the following:
2 Ford "GT" Pumps. Rated at approx. 290LPH+
6 High Pressure hose clamps
3ft. 3/8" Gates Submersible Fuel Line
This kit will allow you to install 2 Ford GT Fuel Pumps, upgrade the lines to 3/8", and remove the PPRV which causes the infamous hesitation. Also included is a modified Fuel Pump Driver Module which allows you to safely run the Ford GT Fuel Pumps. This fuel kit will allow you to support 650+rwhp.
For the extreme racer that wants to beef up the IRS to handle high horsepower and torque levels DSS offers the Level 5 Halfshaft upgrade. Extreme testing by Jay North (and the Strictly performance group) along with help from Rich Juliano and the modularfords.com web site this system is ready to run, designed to handle 900HP at the wheels it has our extreme 300M center bar but what makes this set stand out is its mega large outer c.v. (redesigned) and custom hub (also redesigned). DSS has taken their time producing this system which is not only streetable but very effective in keeping the power under control.
**The kit comes with both axles including the outer c.v.'s**
A set of custom hubs to handle the larger c.v. along with a set of ARP racing studs to complete the package. like the level 2 you will need to re-use the inner c.v. (installing the inner c.v. is a very easy installation, all you need to do is remove the boot straps and pull the inner c.v. off the tripod. The end of the bar has a snap ring to open, then slide off the tripod. Slip it back onto the new 300m bar reinstall the snap ring and close the boot).
This comprehensive kit allows the user to replace the heavy factory crankshaft pulley and cage assembly with a lightweight, precision-machined aluminum hub and interchangeable outer ring. The kit includes all of the necessary hardware, including a billet bracket to cleanly relocate the factory crank idler pulley. Once this kit is installed, the user can adjust the vehicle's boost level by simply changing the outer pulley ring to any of the available Metco pulley rings, a process that takes just minutes.
This kit is custom-engineered to be a complete bolt-on, with no cutting, drilling, or irreversible changes required. A special tool is included to assist the installer with removal of the factory pulley retaining bolt. In most cases, total time required for installation is about two hours. Â
This kit is identical to the Metco Motorsports ICPCOBRA2 except that this kit allows the user to select one pulley ring instead of two.
Pulley ring choices include:Â 1" smaller than stock diameter, stock diameter, +2 lbs, +4 lbs, +6 lbs, +8 lbs, and +10 lbs.Â
Please specify your pulley size selection in the Additional Information section during Checkout.  Also, please note that Metco offers underdrive alternator pulleys that are recommended for use with +4 lb, +6 lb, +8 lb, and +10 lb crank pulley rings. These alternator pulleys are listed in the Mustang Cobra section of our site. Â
Note: Metco Motorsports crankshaft pulley rings as included in this kit are also available separately.
This popular kit is designed to bolt on with no modifications and virtually eliminate belt slippage at the supercharger pulley. The included aluminum mounting bracket is precision-machined and mounts to existing bolt locations, and the unique design provides unmatched durability and strength.
This kit includes a 90mm billet idler pulley, which is the smaller size that serves to maximize belt wrap in applications using stock size supercharger pulleys.
The kit includes a billet bearing cover for the pulley (not shown), and illustrated installation instructions are provided.
Note: This kit is available with a larger 100mm idler pulley for applications using an overdrive (smaller) supercharger pulley under Metco Motorsports PN MCI-100, also listed in this section.
Looking to install twin Ford GT Fuel Pumps and a Kenne Bell 40amp Boost-A-Pump? Then do yourself a favor and upgrade your FPDM (Fuel Pump Driver Module).Â
The stock FPDM was not designed for Ford GT Fuel Pumps. The Ford GT Fuel Pumps draw more amps than the stock Cobra Fuel Pumps, and therefore if run with the stock FPDM there is a possibility that your FPDM will overheat and go into thermal shutdown. Throw in a Kenne Bell BAP and the chances of overheating the stock FPDM have just doubled.
What happens when the unit goes into thermal shutdown? All fuel supply will be cut off until the unit cools down at which point fuel supply will be restored. This is not something you want to have happen, especially if at WOT.
This modified FPDM can supply 26A over an extended period of time. Each unit is tested and labeled before being shipped out.Â
Fitting plugs right in Valve Cover and has -10AN Outlet.
We at D'Agostino Racing believe in using catch cans. These in our opinion are the only way to safely route your PCV system for your Ford Modular Motor to prevent any damage from occurring to your engine.
These fittings will allow you to run steel braided lines to a catch-can. Alternatively you may purchase a complete kit for your vehicle. Please give one of our sales reps for more information.
If any oil vapor hits the engine it accumulates in the intake and when it hits the combustion chamber, it can raise your compression ratio. Lets not forget, engine oil vapor is like 40 octane. Not something you want in your engine.
We suggest you plug any stock PCV vacuum sources and vent both valve covers to a catch can. Preferably one with an oil vapor trap of some kind.
Installing check valves and other restrictions in your PCV system have the potential of pressure build up in your crankcase during boost. This will cause loss of power and may even lead to engine sealing issues.
